Lead Guitar Basics Lead guitar can be a tricky subject to tackle if you don't know where to start. Many people approach this through learning their favourite players solos, or jamming along with CD's or with friends. However, with this approach, most people find that they still do not make as much progress as they should, could or would like to. This can be a very frustrating problem and this program is designed to help you on your way to becoming a great lead guitar player. Whether you have never played lead guitar before or maybe you have played a little bit but are now stuck in a rut, this is the program for you. I will take you from simple 3 and 4 note licks to being able to create and play your own solos in your own particular style like a pro. As well as the main program, I offer a monthly 2 hour lead guitar improvisation masterclass that I urge all my lead guitar students to take part in although this is in no way obligatory. This program is not only for beginning guitarists. Many accomplished rhythm guitarists have taken part in it with great results. Each group in the Lead Guitar Basics program has no more than 10 people in it and it will be a friendly and encouraging learning environment. It will be based around a mixture of classroom style learning and home study materials with the option of private one-on-one implementation lessons if and when you, the student, requires them. If you have any questions about this program please contact me via email at andy@andymclaughlan.com or give me a phone on 07903743617. I have new groups forming now, so get in touch. |
