Getting Started With Guitar Level 2

Once you have got going with guitar, there is a whole world of music out there to play and learn.

This course builds on the concepts of the Getting Started With Guitar Level 1 program and helps give you more confidence in your playing. It is in this course where the focus is on you becoming the musician you know you can be. In Level 1, time is spent on getting the fundamentals mastered, getting you through the physical and mental motions of playing the instrument and giving yourself the correct foundation required to progress. In this program we will put all of these newly acquired 'tools' to use.

If you have taken a beginners course elsewhere or have maybe picked up a few things from other people then this program is also definitely for you. If you are unsure as to whether to join the Level 1 or Level 2 class then by all means contact me to discuss this.

By the end of the program you will be able to play any song in any key, understand the basics of music theory and be able to use this to benefit your playing. You will also be able to create your own chord progressions and melodies, as well as figuring out your favourite musicians progressions and melodies by ear.

Like Level 1, each group will consist of no more then 10 people and will be a mix of classroom and home study materials that develop you in the ways necessary to progress faster and further than you ever before imagined.

This program is lots of fun and there is a large focus on playing well with others whilst ensuring your own personal contribution leaves its mark.
