About Me Andy Mclaughlan is a guitarist, composer, performer and instructor from Glasgow, UK who specialises in rock/metal/fusion styles.He has studied with some excellent musicians, including world class virtuoso Tom Hess, who is also his Music Careers Mentor, and the legendary Greg Howe, whos credentials include playing with Michael Jackson along with an extensive back catalogue of music. He is a member of the Registry of Guitar Tutors and the Musicians Union. Andy has a compostion on a CD release called 'Sonic Bridges' (Myspace Link), which is currently circulating on 10,000 copies all over the world.You can buy your copy HERE. He is also working on his first solo instrumental album, 'Desperation', which will be released late 2009. Andy will also be releasing instructional materials in the coming months. These include a Music Theory Ebook, a 'What To Practice' Ebook and different articles and instructional videos which will all be uploaded to this site for your viewing. Andy has extensive experience teaching both privately and in group settings as well as in 'Summer Camp' and 'Rock Camp' formats and is constantly refining his teaching methods to ensure his already impressive success rate keeps expanding.
